My name is Rachel Commerford and I am first and foremost, a follower of Christ.  I am a wife to my husband Daniel, and mom to my daughter Hannah.  I am a full-time licensed tax accountant, a half-marathon runner, a coffee-addict and a lover of all foods Paleo.  I started “Healthy and Wholly” after I lost 30 lbs. during the 2017 year after suffering a mental breakdown due to an anxiety disorder.  I began to shift my focus after this breakdown to how to help myself and grow into the person I wanted to be, not the person I thought I had to be.  I was determined that I could be “Wholly ___________” whatever I wanted to be!  I could be wholly healthy, wholly fit, wholly mindful, wholly devoted to my family… anything!  I developed a love and passion for all things healthy including exercise.  In June 2018, I became a fitness coach for Beachbody and continue to coach a group of people who are committing to starting their journey to a healthier life.

I completed two Whole30’s in July 2017 and in January 2018 and after completing these Whole30’s, I developed a love of cooking with healthy foods and became Paleo.  I create and share my own recipes frequently. I frequently share my own recipes on my blog but I also share through my Instagram stories and photos.  Give me a follow! @healthyandwholly
