I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 16 years now. From working the front desk to owning a gym myself and everything in between... if you can name it... I've (likely) done it! I started in the fitness industry when I was 15 years old as a daycare and front desk attendant... by 2010 I was head over heels in love with CrossFit and opening up a gym with the greatest dad I've ever known ( that's mine!). We worked side by side for about 5 years before I moved to the great state of Texas and became a gym consultant. There was a brief 4 year span where I went into the supplement industry to help support, launch, and build a tiny family-owned supplement company. In December of 2021 I walked away from that purpose to pursue this one...

6 hands-on sessions over the course of 3-4 weeks; where I teach you how to make a simple, healthy (also tasty... trust me!), and effective meal!
3 of these sessions consist of a morning prep (where your meal will take little to no work when you get home) and 3 of these sessions will be an evening meal that will take 40 minutes or less to prepare

From quitting smoking, shutting those negative self-talks, and discontinuing that emotional eating (guilty!)
